How many caravan's do you have available?
We have 3 luxury caravan's available to hire, 16 Fishing Lake, 11 Anglers Acre & 24 Anglers Acre.
How many does each caravan accommodate?
16 Fishing Lake accommodates 6 people in one double bedroom & two twin bedrooms.
11 Anglers Acre & 24 Anglers Acre accommodate 8 people in one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge.
What is the difference between the 3 Holiday Homes?
16 Fishing Lake - Premium Luxury Abi Sunningdale Caravan situated on the main Fishing Lake. It has decking with your own private hot tub, enclosed garden and a private fishing peg. Sleeps 6 people in total in one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. It's a 5 Minute walk from main facilities.
11 Anglers Acre - Premium Abi Horizon Caravan. It has enclosed decking with your own private hot tub. Sleeps 8 people in total in one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and 2 on a sofa bed in the lounge. It's a 5 minute walk from the main facilities.
24 Anglers Acre - Premium Abi Horizon Caravan. It has enclosed decking with your own private hot tub. Sleeps 8 people in total in one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and 2 on a sofa bed in the lounge. It's a 5 minute walk from the main facilities.
Do they all have hot tubs?
Yes, they all have private hot tubs.
How often are the hot tubs cleaned?
All our hot tubs are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, and HSE guidelines followed. Hot tubs are fully drained and cleaned thoroughly after each lot of guests. Hot tubs are then refilled with fresh water, re-balanced with spa chemicals (to ensure the correct levels of chlorine and also to ensure that the water is balanced to the correct Ph levels). Each hot tub will be heated to at least 38 degrees for your holiday. Please note the hot tub may not be up to temperature until the morning after you arrive as per the terms and conditions.
Our hot tubs are tested monthly for microbiology & 3 monthly for legionella, this is a legal requirement when renting out holiday homes. You can enjoy our hot tubs worry free. All you have to do is remember to bring swimwear and towels!.
Where are your caravan's sited at Tattershall Lakes?
Our caravan's are on either Anglers Acre or Fishing Lake, both are great locations only a 5 minute walk to the main complex, swimming pools, and fishing lakes. No moaning from anyone that they have to walk too far!.
Do your caravan's have fishing pegs?
Yes 16 Fishing Lake does. Our caravan's on Anglers Acre don't but you can buy a daily fishing pass and fish on one of the public pegs. Please see the 'Fishing' link under 'About Tattershall Lakes' for more information on fishing.
Are your caravan's pet friendly?
Yes, all our caravan's are pet friendly, at no extra charge. We do ask that dogs don't go in the bedrooms, on the beds or on the sofa's (unless they are sat on throws).
Please note, Tattershall Lakes Country Parks terms & conditions do not allow certain breeds of dogs on any of their parks. These include XL Bullies, Pitbull Terriers, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasiliero and Japanese Tosa, and any other dogs listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act, or which are legally required to be muzzled. Please adhere to these rules. If you're seen at Tattershall Lakes Country Park with any of these breeds of dogs, you'll be asked to leave the park, and we wouldn't issue a refund.
Where is my dog allowed on park?
Once you are on park, you will see signage that guides where you can and can not go with your dog. Dogs are not allowed in the adventure playground, sports court, beach or Lakeside Lido.

What restaurants can I take my dog to?
Dogs are allowed in the lower area and outside area of the Spitfire Bar.

Can I check in any day of the week?
We offer weekend breaks which are Friday to Monday, mid week breaks which are Monday to Friday or full weeks which are Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday. We don't offer check in's on any other days.

What is the Booking Process?
All bookings require a £75 deposit to secure the dates with us unless its within 4 weeks and then full payment is due upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to your stay.
We ask for a £75 damage deposit on top of the total. We will check the caravan after your departure, as long as everything is left as you found it we will refund your deposit within 7 days.
Any one failing to make full payment 28 days prior to check in WILL lose there initial deposit and we will resell the dates.
All payments are made by bacs or if you are local to us then we can accept cash. When paying by bacs please put the surname of the lead booker as reference.
The Initial £75 deposit is non refundable in any circumstance. We strongly advise taking out Travel Insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
How much is the deposit to secure a booking?
Each booking must pay a £75 booking deposit.
When is my holiday due to be paid?
Holidays are due to be paid in full 4 weeks prior to your stay. You will be sent a reminder when this is due.
Are guest/entertainment passes included in the price of my holiday?
No passes aren't included in the price of your holiday. Not all guests wish to use the complex or do onsite activities, some just prefer to relax in the caravan and explore the local are. Therefore we think it better to give guests the choice and keep our prices lower.

The pass prices are per caravan, not per person. Passes are purchased by the owner on the guests behalf. We do not make any money on these passes.

How do I book guest/entertainment passes?
Once you receive your check in detail's, please read these and let me know if you'd like to order guest/entertainment passes. If you do I will send you payment details the week of your stay and order these for you.
How will I get my guest/entertainment passes?
I have to purchase the guest/entertainment passes on your behalf, they are emailed to me once ready. I will then send them to you by email ready for your stay. You can either download the passes onto your phone or show the email to security on accessing the complex.
Do you charge extra for highchairs, travel cots and baby baths?
Absolutely not, each of our caravan's has a travel cot, highchair and baby bath in them. Please note that linen for the travel cot is not provided as most parents wish to provide their own.
Is bedding provided or do we need to bring our own?
All bedding is provided (besides the travel cot bedding as mentioned above). Beds will be made up on your arrival for you. The pull out double sofa will not be made up so please bring bedding if you'd like to use it.
Do you provide towels?
We provide one towel per person, we would recommend you bring extra for the hot tub. We also provide fresh tea towels and hand towels for each stay.
What else is provided?
All our kitchens are fully equipped with an oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, slow cooker, sandwich toaster, pots, pans, plates, cutlery and crockery. We also provide tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate & marshmallows, along with fresh milk in the fridge so you can make yourself a drink as soon as you arrive. We leave oil, salt, pepper and various sauces in the cupboard. We also leave toilet rolls, hairdryer and straighteners. The cupboard under the sink has cloths and cleaning products in if needed and there is a hoover, sweeping brush, dustpan and brush, ironing board and iron in the cupboard.
Is there WiFi available?
Yes you have your own private internet connection In each caravan. The log in details are on the back or bottom of the router next to the main tv in the lounge. Please bear in mind we are in the middle of rural Lincolnshire so the Internet connection can be slow, especially when the park is busy. We cannot be held responsible for any connection problems with the internet.
Besides food, clothes and toiletries what else should I bring?
Our caravan's are very 'home from home', so you should have everything you need! There are no restrictions on how much you can bring so if there's something you can't live without feel free to bring it along!
We recommend bringing some flip-flops/sliders for when you are heading too/from the hot tub. If you have the cotton ropes (the ones you see at day spa's) bring those too, much easier to put on after going in the hot tub. If you don't have a cotton robe then bring big beach towels for after the hot tub.
Do you offer discounts?
We are incredibly competitively priced for the standard of accommodation we offer, so we do not offer discounts. If we have any last minute breaks these may be discounted and will be advertised on our Facebook page.

Activities can be booked 21 days in advance, please make a note in your diary as slots do fill up quickly.
Private guests can pre-book their activities and swim slots before having their Guest Passes purchased but they must show passes to enter the facilities and attend their sessions.
You need to create a account if you don't already have one. It will ask for your reference, this is the caravan you're staying in -

You will be sent a reminder to book activities and swim slots, along with instructions on how to do this, 24 days before your stay.
What if I book a break at short notice and there is no availability?
Tattershall Lakes are holding back space for walk in's for both the indoor and outdoor pool. If you arrive just before the hour and ask if there's space hopefully you will be able to get in. If there is high demand for activities extra slots maybe added closer to the dates so do keep checking the sports booker for more openings. Wherever possible we do highly recommend pre-booking to avoid disappointment or long waits.
Do I need to book for The Spitfire, Giggling Goose or Bar 49?
No you don't need to book. The Spitfire, Giggling Goose and Bar 49 are 'first come first served'. You may have to queue for a table when it's busy.
Do I need to book for The Propeller Bar?
Yes you do need to book for The Propeller Bar, you can do this via the same link as booking activities.

Are you responsible for the facilities or activities?
No we aren't responsible for the facilities or activities, we offer self catering accommodation only. Although we will give you all the information and help possible we can't be held liable for you not being able to access facilities or book activities.
Do I need to complete Track and Trace before my holiday?
No you don't. There are no Covid restrictions currently in place.
Can I hire bikes and how much is it?
All guests wishing to hire bikes can do so by visiting Leisure Services on park, they can tell you the current prices for bike hire.
Is the Spa open?
Yes, the spa is now open. Please book direct, online at www.thetranquillityspa.book.app
Is the Gym open?
Yes, the on-site gym is now open. Sessions are one-hour long and bookable online or via the sports booker link, booking is advised to ensure access can be guaranteed.
How do I book the Jet Ski's?
Please note these are charged separately and not included in the guest/entertainment passes.
How do I book Water Skiing?
This facility is run by a third party. Please contact them directly for bookings at www.CastleWaterSkiClub.co.uk

How do I book the Fishing?
If you wish to fish on the public pegs you must purchase a fishing ticket online before you hook, line and sinker.
You will also require a UK Rod License and a fishing pass to fish on park. Please note, fishing passes do not include rod hire. Fishing passes can be purchased online in advance here. Further information on fishing can be found here.

How deep is the water in the beach area?
The beach water is 0.5 metres deep.
Can I swim in the lakes?
Unfortunately due health and safety regulations; at no point should you or your group/party/children swim in the lakes.
Do you have a hoist in the swimming pool?
We do have a hoist in our Tattershall Lakes pool – we require 30 minutes notice if the hoist is required.

We are requesting that all payments on park at this current time are contactless.
Can you get to Tattershall Lakes by public transport?
The nearest station is Metheringham. From here you just need to jump on a number 5 bus to Boston which stops in Tattershall town, about 10 minutes walk from the park or a short taxi/Uber ride if you prefer.
